Applying new technologies to improve future lives....

Below is a transcript from a recent interview with Future Life Design author J.L. Mee. Mr. Mee directs the research and development activities of Future Life Institute. He is an expert in high-tech research and development, and has managed major computer systems R&D programs for IBM's largest competitor. He secured $400 million in investment funding for 20 advanced R&D programs which resulted in 13 U.S. patents and $5 billion worth of large systems computer products. He is the youngest father of a mainframe, and has managed the engineering development of a leading-edge, high-tech, large computer system which was manufactured by a company with 25,000 people and the second largest installed base of computers in the world.

Author Response
Why did you write the book?
JLM: In the next century, over 7 billion human beings will reincarnate. The vast majority of these people will be inadequately prepared, lacking the education, skills and vision to improve themselves.
Why is this a problem?
JLM: Ineffective reincarnation limits the amount of advancement anyone can make from one life to the next, and the aggregate effect of this across the race is that is slows humanity down in moving forward into a brighter future. In fact, quality reincarnation is one of the greatest challenges facing humanity today, because it affects virtually everyone on the planet, including you, your loved ones, and everyone you know.
What can we do about it?
JLM: Well, the traditional way of improving future lives has been to abandon society and go off and live in an ashram, or become a monk. But today, we know that reincarnation is simply a skill which can be learned and improved like any other competency. Future life education programs can help people to enhance these skills, while remaining actively involved in their families and communities.
How does future life design work?
JLM: We have discovered that the scientific application of four revolutionary new breakthroughs in modern astronomy, neurology, psychology, and physics can actually open up entirely new kinds of future lives. Based on these discoveries, Future Life Institute has introduced a new cognitive science for boosting a person's reincarnation skills. Education in this subject multiplies the student's freedom and range of choices, opening a gateway to better future lives, and also a channel for positive change today.
Is there a pre-requisite?
JLM: Awakening the student into a realization of their spiritual identity is the goal of many programs, but it is the starting point for this program, because this is an advanced course of study.
What are the advantages?
JLM: Future life education is a dynamic game changer in reincarnation, and it can make the subject more understandable, and more manageable, to people from all walks of life. Better education can open up enormous new freedom in choosing future lives, and empower people to uplift themselves into brighter tomorrows.
Who can benefit?
JLM: I believe everyone has the right to a better future life. Quality reincarnation does not have to be a full time job that requires you to leave society. It's for all of us. And it is time for a change. Future life education can be made available to awakened citizens at a modest cost that working families can afford. And it should be made available to all people regardless of race, gender, religion, or national origin.
Why is it important?
JLM: As we stand at the crossroads of history, we can make the right choices to meet the challenges that face humanity today. Widespread application of this technology can accelerate humanity's evolution to premium-quality future lives. I believe that working together, we can improve the future lives of millions of people, and I have no doubt that humanity will rise up and reclaim its promise, and out of this long age of darkness, a brighter day will dawn.
